All our products are created based on the well-known tradition of Belgium chocolate and manufactured with highest care, precision and eye for detail. We are continuously developing our recipes and range of chocolate items in order to satisfy the demands from all our international clients in industry, food service up to chocolate -and pastry chefs.
All items are produced in Belgium according to the highest quality standards for food.

Our finest Belgian chocolate recipes provide a wide range with different flavors, cocoa percentages and applications.
Further recipes with other cocoa percentages and/or for specific applications are available upon request. All our chocolate recipes can be produced in 1cm easy melt chips, grains or 2cm buttons.
Our exclusive 1kg packaging is specifically developed for foodservice, retail, online sales and homebaking. The nicely designed bags have a resealing strip to enable easy and perfect closure after using the chocolate. For this packing we use chocolate in 2cm button chips (little bigger than callets and drops), as this is a perfect ‘bite-size’ for snacking while still keeping its excellent easy melt properties. Our Herco HERCO® chocolates are made from carefully selected cocoa beans, contain only natural ingredients and are highly appreciated by chefs, chocolatemakers and consumers all over the world.

Superior quality sugar free chocolate chips sweetened with natural stevia
We offer cocoa butter from first pressing, obtained by pressing top quality cocoa and then deodorising it. It is a noble fat with no cholesterol. HERCO® cocoa butter provides a perfect color base for spraygun applications and is the ideal ingredient to adjust liquidity of your chocolate. It enhances the shine of the chocolate in confectionery applications and can used both for tempering & cooking. This product is available in convenient easy melt drops.
Our cocoa mass consist of 100% pure cocoa, made from roasted beans and grinded to a soft & homegenous mass. It contains no added sugars. HERCO® cocoa mass is easy to mix with chocolate to achieve a more profound flavor & color, therefore it is the ideal ingredient to create your own personal chocolate recipe. Our cocoa mass is perfect to aromatize ice cream, ganaches or pralines to achieve a profound dark color and intense cocoa aroma. This item is available in convenient easy melt drops.
Curls
Curled pieces of Belgian chocolate that add a festive and sophisticated look to any food creation. Because of their elegant look, these tiny curls are highly suited for decorating. Our chocolate curls are available in many flavors and colors: dark, milk, white, caramel, lemon, orange and strawberry.
All our chocolate decorations are made from high quality Belgian chocolate and perfect to add a refined chocolate touch to your creations. These items are ideal for decoration on desserts, pastries, chocolate creations, chocolate drinks and cocktails.

Fanderol
Fined rolled chocolate tubes made from Belgian chocolate, which have a lenght of 4cm and are ideal for decoration. Our fanderol is available in dark, milk, white and zebra - a striped combination of milk & white - chocolate.
Spaghetti
Spaghetti shaped chocolate, made from Belgian dark chocolate and perfect for decorative applications.
Shavings
Our chocolate shavings are made from the finest Belgian chocolate. The shavings are very fine which allows to melt fast in the mouth and provide and instant nice chocolate taste. The irregular shaped shavings are perfect for the decoration of pastries, desserts and drinks. They are available in dark, milk and white chocolate.
Leaves
Chocolate leaves made from original Belgian chocolate. Their delicate and refined shape make them an ideal item for creative decoration. Our chocolate leaves are available in dark, milk and white chocolate.
Chunks
Our chocolate chunks made from dark, milk or white Belgian chocolate are available in different sizes. They can be used both as decoration and inclusion for bakery applications.
Chocolate drops and micro drops
Our chocolate drops are made from high quality Belgian chocolate, are bakestable and can have a rounded or peaked shape. The drops are available in dark, milk & white chocolate and can have sizes from count 2250 up to 120.000pcs per kg. Herco® chocolate drops are ideal for decoration on desserts, pastries, chocolate creations, chocolate drinks and cocktails. Also they are perfect as inclusion in pastries, cakes, bread, sandwiches and cookies.

Chocolate mocha beans
Dark chocolate coffee beans with a mocha flavor filling made from high quality Belgian chocolate. HERCO® chocolate mocha beans are available in different colors – dark, gold, amber & silver – and are ideal for decoration on desserts, pastries & chocolate creations.
Many other decorations and inclusions available upon request, tailor-made solutions can be developed.

Truffle shells
We offer truffle shells made from high quality Belgian chocolate to create perfect truffle pralines. They are available in dark, milk & white chocolate and are designed to fill easily with a tastefull praline filling. It is possible to enrobe them with tempered chocolate and finish off by adding textures, flavors & colors as desired.

Chocolate cups
We offer coffee cups & a la carte cups made from high quality Belgian chocolate to make beautifully displayed desserts or chocolate creations. They are available in dark, milk & white chocolate and are designed to fill and decorate easily. They form the perfect base to make small pastries and desserts, the coffee cups are also ideal to serve coffee or chocolate drinks.
